Orders and Payment

You will be informed by email if orders placed are subject to printing errors, inventory errors or pricing errors.

All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) of 23% (Portuguese tax rate).

By completing your order, you will have to accept our terms and conditions. You will find a copy of the agreement attached to your order confirmation in your email.

Only persons of legal age can place orders on Trotinetech, except in cases with the consent of a parent or guardian.

The invoice amount will be debited as soon as the order is shipped, using the following payment methods: The vast majority of credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery Times

3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated when ordering the product.

Right of Withdrawal

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

In accordance with consumer law, returning an order for any reason and without justification is possible, as a customer, within 14 days.

Trotinetech offers the return of the order within 30 days after receiving the order. Products to be returned must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received them.

Please note that trotinetech cannot compensate for costs, which may arise from the chosen return option itself. When sending products back to us on your own, you must attach your order number. If you do not wish to register your return online, you will need to inform us of your withdrawal via email.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURN RIGHTS FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS

Services and goods that are manufactured and tailored to the individual needs of the consumer, where the production or tailoring process has already begun. However, this only applies when the customer gives trotinetech prior consent to start this process before the right of return expires.

Refund of invoice amount

In case you regret your purchase and want the full amount of the invoice to be refunded, you must return all products in the same conditions in which you received them. When we receive your return, we will examine the products to assess their status and refund the corresponding amount with the same type of payment that was used when making the purchase. For example, if the customer paid for the order with a credit card, the invoice amount will be refunded to the debit or credit card that was originally used when placing the order, if nothing else has been agreed.

We have the right to wait with the refund until we receive the returned items in order to check the status of the products.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS, WHEN USING THE RIGHT OF RETURN

The customer is responsible for possible deterioration in the value of the product if the product has been handled in a manner other than that necessary to determine the nature and physical property of the product. If the product has been tried on more than that, we consider it used. This means that, in case of return, only part or no part of the purchase price will be returned, depending on the commercial value of the products.
